Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. The service

Project Eos generates AI-assisted, literature-grounded remediation pathway hypotheses for environmental contamination problems. Access requires an account; free and paid tiers are described on the Pricing page.

2. Acceptable use

The service is for lawful scientific research and engineering evaluation. You may not use it to design harmful, illegal or weaponizable chemistry; automated safety systems (including regulatory screening against CWC schedules) may block such requests and repeated attempts may lead to account termination.

3. No professional advice — laboratory safety

Outputs are research hypotheses, not validated protocols, and do not constitute professional, legal or safety advice. Every pathway must be reviewed by qualified chemists and risk-assessed before any experimental work. Steps flagged as uncertain or vetoed by the validators must not be executed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOS Labs disclaims liability for damages arising from experimental implementation of outputs.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid tiers renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights over the queries you submit. You receive a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use generated outputs, including commercially. Community-shared solutions (the collective pool) are shared under the terms shown at the moment of sharing and can be withdrawn by you at any time.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees on free and self-serve tiers. Enterprise SLAs are defined by contract.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate §2 after notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law; exclusive venue is the competent court of the operator’s registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
